Refund Policy

Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF downloads are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.

This is because digital files can be instantly copied and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical issues - If you are unable to download or access your purchased file due to technical problems on our end.
  • Corrupted files - If the downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable.
  • Duplicate purchase - If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.

Paperback Books

Paperback books are sold through Amazon. Refunds and returns for physical books are handled directly by Amazon according to their return policy. Please contact Amazon customer service for assistance with paperback orders.

How to Request Support

If you experience any issues with your purchase or believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: didi@didiplums.com

  • Your order number or email used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)

We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.
